I don’t get paid to write this stuff, so don’t expect me to have top secret methods to getting a good deal. But I do have a lot of experience finding cheap airline travel and finding cheap hotels as well as the ability to get the best deals on airline travel and hotels. I have some great tips for you on how to save money on airline travel, airline upgrades, discount hotel stays, finding the best times of the day to travel and saving money on your next vacation!

1. What is the best time of the day to fly?
When I say the best time of the day, I am talking about the best times to fly. You will sometimes see people say 8am or 5pm are the best times to fly, not true! I will tell you this however, when you travel at the best time of the day you will save some money and get to your destination at the best time. If you want to save money on your next vacation, be sure to take advantage of the best time to fly!

2. When is the best time to book a hotel?
It’s probably going to be a wise move to book your hotel after your air flight. This is because of the accumulated taxes and fees. If you book your hotel before you travel then you may have to pay extra. For me, it’s always best to book my hotel the day before I travel, so I can collect my goods after the trip. Don’t worry, I’m here to help.

3. How do you get the best deals on airline travel?
When I say best deals, I’m talking about the absolute best deals. For the most part, you will find the flight deals you are looking for on the internet. There are, however, a few exceptions. One of those is the airline upgrade. If you want to get the best deal on an airline upgrade then you better pay a visit to their website. I always have my eye on the flights with the best upgrades. They’re not always available, but when they are, you better grab them.
